We are very pleased to announce that Goalkeeper of the month for September 2025 is Flakey
Flakey is a relatively new Keeper who has been with us on a Monday evening since May this year.
It became apparent from the first week that Flakey is a very smiley and positive young Keeper and is always willing to listen and learn from the coaches. Within the short time he has been with us he has shown organisational skills by looking after newer members of the group and helping Coaches and Young Leaders with tasks given.
During September Flakey has worked extremely hard, listening well and applying coaching points, has also been the leader of a mini group of three and also has improved in his technique, his shot stopping in particular has been outstanding.
Congratulations Flakey keep up the excellent work.
