Dave is the Managing Director and Chief Coach at GDS having had previous coaching experience as a coach and scout initially at Walsall FC.
Dave left Walsall to go to Birmingham City as Goalkeeping coach in the Academy for 2 years before returning to Walsall as Head of Goalkeeping in the Centre of Excellence.
Dave left in April 2010 to work as a Coach Educator for Premier Skills where he ran courses in goalkeeping and outfield play.
Dave has also run Goalkeeping Centres as part of the WBA Professional Opportunities Course in Malta multiple times
Dave has also worked as a scout for several pro clubs and is responsible for spotting over 100 players for Professional clubs.
