As promised we had Ash from Crazy Catch visit us on Monday night and bring along with him some equipment for us to use. We trained with the Professional, the Wild Child Double Trouble and the Freestyle. Head Coach Dave carefully planned 15 different drills ready for the evening using this equipment which covered a variety of coaching areas allowing you to work in your groups with the Rebounders.
We hope you had a lot of fun during our special evening but also picked up some new coaching points using the Rebounders.
